8mm to DVD

Here at iMemoryBox we pride ourselves on the highest quality HD Tele Cine Film transfers from your 8mm film to DVD. We begin by taking your old 8mm film, running it through our equipment to check for splits and rips.

After that we then spool our machines and get ready to transfer. The process runs your 8mm Film through our machines at real time to capture the most realistic and true HD Quality, it scans the full frame of your image to make sure we get as much of the quality of your original film as possible. That is then transferred to a memory card which we then import to our high powered editing machines for editing and DVD burning. Your 8mm film is then wrapped up safely and returned to it's container.

After it has been imported into our editing suite we place a nice clear edge frame around the edges of your 8mm film to tidy up the frame, we then increase the colour contrasts and and bits of leader tape which may have been caught at the beginning and end. At this point we can edit a nice menu for your DVD, and order your 8mm film so you can find it easily.

We then burn you 8mm film recordings to DVD. We can from this point print the outside of your DVD aswell as the DVD case with special messages or Photographs etc.
