Like you, we value Your Treasured Memories and all of our parcels are tracked, insured, and secure either via Royal Mail or our courier service.
When you send us any Memories, please send using a trusted courier, Special Delivery or Recorded Delivery and keep hold of the tracking number so you can check on your items status. If you do not choose to track your parcel to us then it is very difficult for us to sort through the hundreds of parcels we receive to find yours. Please pay for Courier Collection, Recorded or Special delivery and check for a signature to confirm delivery to us.
If you send your Treasured Memories to us via Royal Mail, our studio is right behind our local depot. We call every day personally to collect and sign for your parcels.
Should we have not got it right with any of your returned DVDs and you would like some help with resolving the problem, please email us using the contact page. Please note that it can take up to 5 working days for us to get back to you during busy periods and up to 28 days to resolve your issue. We do try our upmost to resolve any issues as soon as possible.
If you would like to arrange a collection please contact us prior to placing your order. Collection is only available depending on the weight of your item and your personal circumstances, we otherwise recommend you send your memories via Royal Mail Special Delivery as we found it the safest way to transport your memories.

Terms and Conditions of Return Shipping taken from our T's&Cs Page;
Shipping is most often by Royal Mail or a 3rd Party Courier depending on weight of your finished job. Often we send larger jobs separate from the originals if you have requested an original return, this is so we can make sure you job has both arrived safely and that all the DVDs are ok once they arrive.
Shipping Costs can vary, and the amount on your franked parcel may not reflect the price you have paid for shipping. In this case the surplus money is distributed on Post and packing costs. Our shipping costs are a set price for everyone within the UK mainland, and are non refundable regardless of cost on the franking label. In some cases the postage may exceed the amount you have paid, you will be required to contribute to the cost of the safe return of your parcel. If we have tried and failed or the parcel has been lost in transit then you will be required to pay for the cost of redelivery via Special Delivery with no acceptions."

QUALITY AND STANDARDS OF TRANSFER
At iMemoryBox we do not guarantee quality standard or the success of transfers, this is because every tape varies in quality, we do try to improve the quality the best we can, and if the quality is unwatchable we will try our best to make it better. In situations where footage is unwatchable or unsuccessfully transferred we will not charge for the unsuccessful tapes unless you have bought as part of a package, in which case we will offer you a store credit. If a tape is broken we offer a service to repair this which you will find in the store. If we receive your tape and it is broken we will call you and offer at a discounted rate to reflect the price you have already paid. We do not always use VBR or Variable Bit Rate Transfer to copy your Tapes to DVD, it is a method we try to use in most instances but it is not guaranteed unless specified by the customer. The quality of your transfer is mostly not effected when using other methods of transfer unless transferred in a lower quality, in which case you will be notified by if your tape is too long, to fit on to a DVD in High Quality (max 4hrs) or we will split it on to 2 DVDs. Our transfer methods are varied and we are in the process of removing some of the wording on our website. iMemoryBox holds no responsibility nor guarantee that VBR and Dolby Sound which are mentioned on this website prior to March 2013 will be used in transfer. If you would like to request that we use this technology please speak with your editor.
